ChessBase '27 - Mega Package

PRE-ORDER: RELEASE DATE 17th NOVEMBER 2026

ChessBase '27 - Mega Package - Your edge through preparation
Your Opponents Keep Learning - Do You?

AI-powered opening training for every position and idea. A coaching tool for one-on-one and group lessons. Innovation in UI and UX, and much more analytical speed in searches, imports and exports!

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION ’27

JUST ASK.
You ask about the position, Ask ChessBase answers: with plans, lines and model games. First the AI checks with the engine, the LiveBook and the opening catalog – and tailors the answer to your repertoire.
 - Plays the answer through on the board
 - Saves it to your repertoire when you ask
 - Prepares you for your next opponent

EVERY OPENING, EXPLAINED.
Every opening has its own article, written by the AI and proofread by strong players: what it is about, what character it has, how to play it and where it comes from.
 - Also for children and as a repertoire
 - Lines play on the board with one click
 - Large next to the board for reading

TEACH ON ONE BOARD.
Teach on a shared board. Your students only need a link and join from the browser, their phone, ChessBase 27 or ChessBase for Mac – with no ChessBase account needed.
 - Video and sound built in – no Zoom needed
 - Students move the pieces when you allow it
 - Anyone with a question raises a hand
Video and sound require a Premium membership.

31 SECONDS, NOT 4 MINUTES.
Copying about 870,000 games into a new database: ChessBase ’27 is done after 31 seconds. The previous version needs more than 4 minutes for the same job.
Same computer, same games
More than eight times as fast

PLAY IT OUT.
Play out any position against Fritz, right in ChessBase. Fritz answers right on the board.
 - Six levels, from Beginner (about 1300) to Grandmaster (about 2750)
 - Opening moves from the LiveBook
 - Fritz resigns when the position is hopeless

EVERY COMMAND, RIGHT AWAY.
Ctrl + Shift + Q, and start typing: you find every command, every setting – and games, too, such as Carlsen against Nakamura. You arrange your databases freely, and one click switches the style of the whole program.
 - Quick commands for everything
 - Arrange your databases freely
 - New styles, light and dark
